How to send useful feedback
If you are reporting a bug, bad route call, missing access point, or asking for a feature, email [email protected] with enough context for us to reproduce it.
- Include the river or route name and state.
- Say what you expected to see and what actually happened.
- For route feedback, include the date, gauge or weather context, and any useful links or photos.
- For feature requests, explain the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature idea.
- If something is wrong on the site, paste the page URL so it can be checked quickly.
